    Perhaps you could do a follow-up next month when talking about the New Year, and include a list of WHAT foods are anti-inflammatory. In the article for December, you said people should choose to eat anti-inflammatory foods, but my guess is that most people don't know what those are---including me. Thanks, Karen Frey
